Hello #SahabatData, Tebo Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) opens the opportunity for Friends of Data to become a statistics partner in 2024 through the 2024 Recruitment of Prospective Statistics Partners.
Recruitment of Candidates for Statistics Partners in 2024 at BPS Tebo Regency will only be carried out once. This recruitment includes the recruitment of all field data collection and data entry officers as well as for all BPS census and survey activities held during 2024.
- Field data collection officers are fellow officers who serve as data collectors, both censuses and surveys conducted by BPS. Activities carried out include conducting interviews with respondents and coordinating with local SLS officials.
- Processing officers are fellow officers tasked with processing data on survey/census results. Activities carried out include questionnaire entry and validation of survey/census entries.
Prospective statistical partners selected in this selection have the opportunity to become field data collection and/or data processing officers in census/survey activities in 2024. This recruitment is free of charge and does not accept ASN (PNS/PPPK), Honorary or other contract employees.
Condition:
1) Not State Civil Apparatus (PNS and PPPK);
2) Physically/spiritually healthy;
3) Discipline and commitment;
4) Willing to work under contract;
5) Willing to take part in training (if any);
6) Able to speak Indonesian well and read and write Latin letters;
7) Able to communicate well;
8) Preferably have a minimum education of high school graduate/equivalent;
9) Preferably domiciled in the registration area;
10) Preferably aged 18 s.d. 50 years at the time of registration;
11) Preferably own, master, and be able to use a computer/gadget/tablet/smartphone;
12) Preferably own and be able to drive a motorized vehicle;
13) Experience with census/survey activities at BPS is preferred;
14) Preference will be given to local residents;
15) Able to collaborate and coordinate with team members, BPS employees, Village/Subdistrict Apparatus, SLS Chair/Manager, and others.

01 s.d. 17 November 2023 : Registration and Update of Partner Account Data
01 s.d. 30 November 2023: Selection Stages (Administrative Selection, Competency Test, and Final Selection)
08 December 2023: Announcement of Candidates for Statistical Partners for 2024 BPS Tebo Regency
How to Register:
1. For those who have never registered on the BPS Buddy Application:
a. Register an account via the BPS Friends website at the link https://mitra.bps.go.id/beranda.
b. On the home page, click the "Register Now" button, then fill in the data, such as population identification number (NIK), full name, email address, and username and password.
c. Click the "Register" button after all data has been filled in correctly.
d. If registration is successful, prospective partners will receive a verification email with the title "[BPS - Partner Recruitment] Verification Email".
e. Click the "Activate" button in the email.
f. After the account has been successfully activated, log in again and fill in your personal data which includes:
- Block I: Personal Identity (Full Name, Current Domicile Address, Domicile Address is the same as the Address on the KTP, Date of Birth, Gender, Religion, Marital Status, Highest Diploma, Occupation/Daily Activities, Cell Phone Number)
- Block II: Survey/Census Experience
- Block III: Supporter's Identity (latest photo and KTP)
h. Then click "Submit Data" and "Confirm My Data".
i. Once successful, fill in the Administration File section (upload KTP and diploma), Account section (bank name and account number), Other section (Android cellphone ownership, motor vehicle ownership, can ride a motorbike, has a laptop, and can operate a computer), section External Relations, then click Save. Data updated successfully.
j. Click the Survey Register menu then select the activity "2024 BPS Statistics Partner Recruitment". Then select the Province, Regency, and Officer Position (data collection partner, processing partner, or data collection and processing partner) you want to register, click Register.
2. For those who have already registered on the BPS Buddy Application:
a. Log in and update your personal data on the BPS Buddy Application.
b. In the Profile section, click Change Data and update your personal identity (Full Name, Current Domicile Address, Domicile Address is the same as the Address on your KTP, Date of Birth, Gender, Religion, Marital Status, Highest Diploma, Occupation/Daily Activities, Number HP), click Next.
c. Fill in the Administrative Files section (upload your KTP and diploma), the Accounts section (bank name and account number), the Other section (ownership of an Android cellphone, ownership of a motor vehicle, can ride a motorbike, has a laptop, and can operate a computer), the External Relations section, then click Save. Data updated successfully.
d. Click the Survey Register menu then select the activity "2024 BPS Statistics Partner Recruitment". Then select the Province, Regency, and Officer Position (data collection partner, processing partner, or data collection and processing partner) you want to register, click Register.
